劉 暢 校長(zhǎng) 教育管理學(xué)碩士

　　從事教育管理工作十余年，擔(dān)任全國(guó)中小學(xué)心理健康教育咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)委員，國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)課題負(fù)責(zé)人，北京市優(yōu)秀青年教師，海淀區(qū)普教系統(tǒng)青年標(biāo)兵。中關(guān)村地區(qū)十佳黨員。在教育教學(xué)與學(xué)校管理工作中善于思考、勇于創(chuàng)新。個(gè)人撰寫(xiě)論文30余篇發(fā)表在國(guó)家級(jí)雜志報(bào)刊上，并分獲國(guó)家級(jí)、市區(qū)級(jí)論文評(píng)選一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)。多次作為特邀嘉賓在電視臺(tái)和電臺(tái)錄制教育節(jié)目。主編及編寫(xiě)著書(shū)12部。2003年11月當(dāng)選為北京市海淀區(qū)第九次黨代表大會(huì)代表。1997年至1998年赴日本。2001年至2002年赴美國(guó)加州學(xué)習(xí)，獲得教育管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。確定中關(guān)村一小發(fā)展總目標(biāo)：“立足北京，輻射全國(guó)，走向世界”。在秉承中關(guān)村一小優(yōu)良辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上走改革創(chuàng)新之路，充分借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，創(chuàng)建國(guó)內(nèi)一流、國(guó)際知名的品牌學(xué)校，把中關(guān)村一小辦成一所教育思想超前，教學(xué)手段先進(jìn)，教學(xué)環(huán)境優(yōu)美，教育質(zhì)量一流的重點(diǎn)示范學(xué)校。

　　In Zhonguancun Science Park stands a well-known school with a long history of over 50 years. She is Zhonguancun No.1 Primary School of Haidian District, Beijing. Under the concerns and guidance of leaders at all levels and the endeavor made by the faculty, the primary school has developed into three school sites with 107 classes, 5000 pupils and 300 teaching staff from one school site. She has beautiful environment and advanced teaching facilities. Under the leadership of a number of excellent teachers with good professional knowledge and morality, the teaching in mathematics, science, sports, and art, etc. ranks the first place in Beijing and even over the country. She has received over 50 titles such as “Model School in Implementing of National Teenager’s Science Education Program”, “Advanced Collective in Beijing Municipality”, “Model School in Campus Cultural Building in Beijing”, “Model School of Science Activities of Beijing”, “Pioneering Scholl of Traditional Sports of Beijing”, “Red Cross School of Beijing”, “Pioneering School of Management of Haidian District” and “Pioneering School of Moral Education of Haidian District”, etc.

　　Facing the challenges and opportunities in the 21st century, Zhongguancun No.1 Primary School keeps pace with the time and sets up its goal as basing itself upon Beijing and stepping into the world with its radiation throughout the country.
